What you sow, you will reap. That principle does not just apply to farmers -- it applies to every area of our lives, including our finances. From the parable of the prodigal son in Luke 15 to Paul's sobering words in Galatians 6:7-8 and 2 Thessalonians 3:10, the message was clear: God calls us to be diligent, responsible stewards of what he has entrusted to us. Knowing the right thing and actually doing it are two very different things. Whether it is building a budget, developing a strong work ethic, or simply refusing to leave God as your source of provision, small steps of obedience lead to lasting change. We are called to know the condition of what we have and tend to it faithfully.
