Humility is meant to be an asset in life. An asset is a benefit, an advantage, it is a strong point. Jesus was our perfect example of humbling Himself in obedience to the Will of His Father. He was sent here for a purpose and to carry out the plan that changed everything! As we humble ourselves and submit to His plan we will unlock supernatural in our natural!
Part 2 – In Proverbs 3 we see the essence of humility. The scripture says in verse 5 that we should lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all our heart, the whole of our being! The Word is not asking us to trust in just anyone but in Jehovah, the Self-Existent and Eternal One! He is all that we need and He is trustworthy. We establish this trust by hearing the Word of Truth, His Word, and spending time getting to know Him. When we have this trust in Him He will lead us and make our paths prosperous!
