Fruitfulness is something we all desire in life. We are anointed to prosper in all that we put our hands to. But there are certain things in life that help us see the fruit that we long to bear. The main thing is being connected to the Vine! In relationship and communion with the Lord is the only way we can bear any fruit. As stated in John 15, without Him we can do nothing of eternal value
Part 3 – As we look at 2 Peter 1:2-4 in this series on fruitfulness we see that we play a part in being fruitful in this life. This week we look at the importance of growing in our knowledge of Him. This knowledge is an experiential knowledge. It is a relational word and it is experienced reality. Everything we need for life and Godliness has been given to us but it is activated in our life by being a doer of the Word. 1 John 2:3 tells us that we can know that we know Him by keeping His Word. This multiplies grace and peace towards us which then brings about fruitfulness in our lives!
