The Scripture tells us that we are to, “walk by faith and not by sight,” that we are “saved by grace through faith.” Faith is something very important in our day-to-day Christian lives. In this series we are going to look at what faith is and specifically what the language of faith is from the Scriptures. We have the power of life and death in our tongues, and we must learn how to use that power as the Lord desires pleasing Him with our faith.
Part 12 – If there is genuine faith in the heart, the accompanying works will be both appropriate speech and conduct. James chapter 3 tells that our tongues are just like a bit in a horse’s mouth and just like a rudder on a ship. According to the Bible if we control what we say we are a mature believer and can control our whole bodies. In this message we discover more truth from the Word of God concerning the language of faith. You will be blessed as you apply these truths to your daily walk.
