| Seated In Heavenly Places – Part 3

Luke 10:19 Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you. AMP

Did you know that authority over the devil and all his works is not the possession of only a select few in the Body of Christ?  It is not given to just a few special ministers of the Gospel.  Kingdom authority is the possession of EVERY true child of God.  It is a vital reality possessed by all who are born again.  Behind the fact of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus there lay the mightiest working recorded in the Word of God. 

Part 3 – Colossians 2: 15 tells us that Jesus disarmed the enemy (satan).  This word disarmed has to do with humiliation.  Jesus in his resurrection disarmed or humiliated the enemy.  In this message, we gain a greater understanding of Jesus’ victory over our enemies (satan and demons) and how we can resist them in faith and they must flee from us as children of God.  Satan and demons are actually afraid of you, you are a danger to them.
