Leaders require qualification. Discipleship qualifies good leaders. In this series, Rick Lavold will be taking us through what leaders should look like in the body of Christ. Jesus said, “….for may are called but few are chosen” (Matt. 20:16). Rick will discuss what it means to be “chosen” and the qualifications God is looking for.
Part 4 – In the final message in this series Rick takes a look at the importance of being proven. Good work evaluations come from good work, bad work evaluations come from bad work. God promotes those who are faithful. We must learn to appreciate the work associated with the gift as much as the gift itself, the two working together produce much fruit.
