Rooted - Part 6

We explored 2 Peter 1 and the powerful promise that adding virtue, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love to your faith means you will never stumble. God's correction is proof of His love. He disciplines those He loves, and that correction yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness. His direction follows our willingness to receive His correction. Love never fails. Walk in it fiercely, forgive quickly, and refuse to let bitterness take root. If you can rejoice in someone else's blessing, you prove you are ready to carry your own.
