| Vessels Of Honor – Faith’s Kryptonite

Christian believers are tied in with the heroes of faith from the time of Abel through the prophets and kings to the closing of the Old Testament. Just as each one of the heroes discovered the grace of God in their failures and endured the chastening of the Lord, so also did the members of the church.

To understand that Love is the foundation of spiritual awakening, we have to be more aware of the power and essential reality of loving like Jesus did. It is as Paul described it “A More Excellent Way.”

There are parameters to faith in the Word of God that we must understand in order to walk in victory. Two of the major components to faith is the Word of God (Romans 10:17) and walking in love (Galatians 5:6) , the God kind of love! Thankfully, we have that love poured out in us by the Holy Spirit in full measure! In this message we will look at faith as a vital part of being a believer and walking in love as being the fuel for faith! The power is in us to love! When we choose to yield to that Spirit in us by faith our defense against the enemy is strong, we have so much light, and we leave the flood gates of grace and mercy open in our lives. We overcome because our faith is fully activated and working through love. Bitterness, resentment, strife, not walking in love towards one another is faith’s kryptonite! So, let’s choose to yield by grace through faith to that magnificent power in us!
