The Scripture tells us that we are to, “walk by faith and not by sight,” that we are “saved by grace through faith.” Faith is something very important in our day-to-day Christian lives. In this series we are going to look at what faith is and specifically what the language of faith is from the Scriptures. We have the power of life and death in our tongues, and we must learn how to use that power as the Lord desires pleasing Him with our faith.
Part 10 – The Lord Jesus gave us a great teaching in Mark chapter 11 not only in teaching but by example. With the words of His mouth Jesus cursed a fig tree and it dried up from the roots. In today’s message we investigate this example of faith and speaking and share the principles of faith expressed by our Savior and Lord. The truth we know and put into practice is the truth that we will experience. Let’s put these truths into practice today.
