Join us as we continue our series in the epistle of 1 John. There were two main concerns that John addressed. The first was heretical teaching and the second was ethics or the proper conduct of the believer. This series will be verse-by-verse teaching that will allow us to mine out the truths given to us by the Holy Spirit in this book. We will see that these truths are still relevant and necessary today. As we learn and apply God’s truth we will be empowered even greater to enjoy fellowship with the Father and with His son Jesus Christ.
Part 21 – Last week we discovered what it means to be unthankful. The spirit of antichrist has military operations in the earth and 2 Timothy 3 verses 1 through 4 are giving us a great breakdown of how our enemy operates in and outside the church. Knowledge of the Scriptures is the key to becoming aware of the enemies deceptions and then acting on that knowledge in faith is what cause victory to manifest in our day to day lives. In this message we give definition to the word unholy, these are activities and attitudes that are unsanctioned by God. Finally we wrap up the message by looking into the first part of what it means to be unloving (without natural affection).
