Part 4 – Being a disciple requires that we check our Biblical gauges frequently. In a car, we have gauges that tell us the condition the vehicle is running in. As believers, we must check the gauges found in the Word of God. Like the example given by Jesus concerning the Pharisee and the tax collector, we must put our total trust in Christ not in our own works for righteousness. God’s words are more true about me than mine. My thoughts and opinions do not rank higher than God’s.
