| Before The Foundation – The Parable Of The Talents Part 12

The Bible contains truths that bend our natural mind.  It can be frustrating to think about the fact that Jesus was apart of the creation, in the beginning, He existed in eternity before He ever came to the earth as a man.  God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit have no beginning, they have always been and always will be.  Jesus is the exact expression of God in the earth, there is no greater example.  When Jesus walked the earth He would often teach people in parables, there is a passage of Scripture found in Matthew 13:34, 35 that says, “All these things Jesus spoke to the multitude in parables; and without a parable He did not speak to them, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:”  “I will open My mouth in parables: I will utter things kept secret from the foundation of the world.”  In this series, we will discover truths that have existed before time that will transform our present life as we apply them.

Part 12 – 2 Cor. 5:17 – Now, in the light of your co-inclusion in his death and resurrection, whoever you thought you were before, in Christ you are a brand-new person!  The old ways of seeing yourself and everyone else are over.  Acquaint yourself with the new! (The Mirror Bible).  We have the nature of God invested in us and it is our responsibility to release this grace by faith to the world around us.  We do this by following the example of Christ.  We are to use every talent we have in worship to God and in advancing His Kingdom here on earth.
