Sickness bows to the authority of God's Word, spoken in faith. From Jesus rebuking a fever in Peter's mother-in-law (Luke 4:38-39) to releasing a woman bent double for 18 years from a spirit of bondage (Luke 13:10-17), one truth stands clear: Jesus healed all manner of sickness and disease, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The Word of God is health and medicine to all your flesh, but like any prescription, you have to take it. Feed on it. Stand on it. Do not let go. Whatever part of the Word you act on, the blessing will follow. Do not quit on what God has promised you. The endless trial is closer to the finish line than you think.
