Sunday Morning Worship:
9 am – Vessels Of Honor Bible Study – Rev. Mark Dunn
10:30 am Sunday Morning Worship – Youth Day
Join us as we encourage and lift up our youth! We will be providing lunch after the main service with a live dessert auction following lunch. During the main service, the youth will be sharing with us how being a part of the FFC Youth Group has impacted their lives. We will also share vision of how important it is for us as a family of believers to come along side our youth, their parents, and leaders. We must use our faith and sow into this generation. David declares in Psalm 71:18 NIV “Even when I am old, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come.” Let’s do our part and declare the Lord’s power and acts! As we are aware of the enemy’s devices, he is very serious about attacking the youth. In the book Faith: At The Speed Of Light by Ron Luce, he gives us some insight into the enemy’s devices. Ron peaked into some MTV marketing materials used to attract new advertisers and they boldly proclaimed, “We don’t advertise to this generation; we own this generation.” That is some audacity! The enemy is trying to make that claim on our youth, especially with the available social media platforms. We must respond with “Not On My Watch.” Thankfully, the Lord has provided the victory and grace, but we must walk out this victory with the youth, parents and leaders.
Faith Kids Ministries for all ages – Pastor Herb Fuerst –
This week we talked about “love without action is dead”.
Jesus told the Pharisees that they were like dead men’s tombs.
Clean and whitewashed outside, but inside full of death on the inside.
They may have lifted their hands and danced in their manly robes,
But in their hearts, they were not thankful for what God had done for the people of Israel.
They were living in their pride and the position of leadership.
Worship is an action of Love, Love with your heart.
