July 9 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday Morning Worship:
9 am – Vessels Of Honor Bible Study – Pastor Herb Fuerst
10:30 am Sunday Morning Worship – Pastor Sean McFarlane – Contentment
There are many believers in the body of Christ who are living with internal discontent because of external circumstances. When the condition of our internal state is being governed by our external circumstances we are no longer walking in the spirit, we are no longer walking by faith.
In this series, we are going to look into Biblical contentment. One of the great truths of Christianity is that our source of life and victory comes from within us. Jesus said in John 4:13, 14 – that the water that He provides will become in us a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.
Paul said in Philippians 4:11 that he had learned how to live in contentment in whatever state (circumstance) he found himself in. Join us as we discover from the Scriptures the truth and freedom of contentment provided for us in Christ.
Main Texts: John 4:13 Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, 14 but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” NKJV
Phil 4:11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:
Faith Kids Ministries for all ages – Pastor Herb Fuerst –
This quarter we are in a series called Faith, Hope and Love. We are starting the third lesson in the Faith chapter, Bigger and Bigger! Our Faith grows bigger as we exercise and use it.
God wants us to have strong, well exercised Faith working in our lives today. As we trust God our Faith will grow. We know that we can trust Him because He will never Fail.
As we continue in our series, we are looking at HOPE. Worry is faith in the negative. Hope is a confident expection.
Don’t worry be hopey. We will teach on [ my hope is in God and I can always count on Him].
