| The Spiritual Discipline Of Worship – Part 4

John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.  24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” NKJV

In this series, we will discover the differences between true and false worship, learn the descriptions of worship found in Scripture and the part that worship plays in the disciplines of spiritual warfare and sacrifice. 

Part 4 – In tonight’s message, Mark talks to us about the sacrifice of worship.  Sacrificial worship is losing our identity and taking on the identity of Christ.  Heb 13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. NKJV.  True worship is submission to God’s will and God’s will is expressed in His Word.  Disciples live with God in the place of supreme over their lives, He leads and guides their lives and as they follow in obedience they express true worship.
